| David Simpson |
David Simpson has been consulting for almost 30 years, the last quarter century of which have been in his own practice. He works with CEO's throughout North America, building senior executive teams of the highest caliber.
In addition to his activities with Simpson Associates, David is also active in a number of other companies. He is President & CEO of Oceans Apart Management Inc., an operating partner in Grandlark Investments Inc. (a private equity group) and sits on the board of Rasoee Restaurant Systems.
Mr. Simpson earned an honours degree in science and environmental engineering from the University of Guelph in 1977. After six years of study, under the direction of Dr. R. Nideffer, an internationally recognized psychologist, he was licensed to work with TAIS, a clinical psychometric assessment tool, in 1990. Since then he has conducted more than 15,000 assessments in his career.

| Jeanne Gilbert |
Jeanne Gilbert has been a licensed TAIS consultant for 8 years and studies under the direction of David Simpson. Ms. Gilbert graduated from Sheridan College in the Travel & Tourism program and was awarded the Board of Governors award. In addition she also obtained her Business Administration Diploma with a major in Accounting. She continued with her education at McMaster University and is currently in the process of completing her Bachelor of Social Science in BC. She has, overall, 15 years of diverse management experience in a number of industries and holds the Canadian Management Professional and Registered Professional Recruiter designations.
In addition to her activities at Simpson Associates, Jeanne is also leading the start-up of MindPrint Matrix Inc. MindPrint is a newly created company, within the Simpson Group, dedicated to the support of recruiters and consultants in TAIS and related products.
| Ashleigh Knight |
Ashleigh co-ordinates and manages most of the administration in our office. She is very much on the front lines as the first contact for the company. Ashleigh holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC.
