Grandlark Investments Inc. completed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Enhanced Performance Systems of San Diego, California. The primary assets purchased in the transaction were psychometric assessment tools called The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Inventory, TAIS II and the High Performance Index (HPI). These sophisticated assessment instruments were developed by Robert M. Nideffer, Ph.D., one of the top psychologists in the world. Dr. Nideffer holds a place on the operating company Advisory Board and is on a long-term consulting contract as part of the acquisition.
Grandlark Investments Inc. acquired the Intellectual Property and other assets of the Inventory of Concentration and Communication Skills (ICCS). This unique psychological assessment tool rounds out the complement of psychometric inventories in Grandlark’s basket of predictive instruments.
